If you are in need of immediate or urgent assistance or are experiencing a mental health emergency:

  • Visit Counseling & Wellness Services for on-campus, community, and online resources, programs, and workshops designed to help you develop healthy habits, overcome obstacles, and be your best self.

TAO Includes interactive sessions, mindfulness exercises and practice tools all aimed at helping you achieve your goals.
