CWI invites the community to campus as we honor Indigenous Peoples Day with a presentation led by Indigenous community members, followed by a thoughtful, interactive conversation.

Former tribal Chairman of the Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation, Darren Parry, visited Â鶹´«Ã½ for a presentation on the 160th anniversary of the Bear River Massacre.

Seventy students, professors, and industry professionals from around the Gem State were at Â鶹´«Ã½ this past weekend for the 48^th Annual Idaho Archeological Society Conference.

CWI will celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day on Oct. 10 with food and activities and a cultural presentation from a student who will share her own experience learning about her Indigenous roots. It is free and open to the public.

Students at Compass Public Charter School participate in Â鶹´«Ã½ Anthropology Club’s inaugural Adventure Race.  

On December 9, 2013 UROC hosted a Harvest Dinner at the Micron Building for Professional Technical Education. This event allowed clubs to come together to celebrate a successful semester and build relationships. There was an ugly sweater contest, as well as a white elephant exchange. UROC...
