Clery Compliance

Âé¶¹´«Ã½ (CWI) is committed to the safety and well-being of all members of the campus community. Federal laws, including the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) and the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA), require colleges and universities to inform campus communities, and prospective members of those communities, of crimes that occurred on campus that necessitate caution.

Firearms & Weapons on Campus

The possession, wearing, carrying, transporting, or use of weapons, including firearms while upon properties owned or controlled by CWI or where CWI activities occur is prohibited, except for authorized law enforcement officers, authorized campus security officers, and persons exempt under Idaho State law.

Hazing

CWI is committed to educating, preventing, and responding to hazing incidents. CWI defines hazing as any intentional, knowing, or reckless act during initiation, affiliation or memberships in a student organization that creates a risk of physical or psychological injury. Security

CWI is committed to providing a safe work environment free from violence or threats of violence. The College has established a Threat Assessment Team to formalize the process by which CWI addresses real and possible threats to CWI students, employees and property.
